A full house gathered to welcome Christmas in song at the meeting house in Pennsdale, a tradition begun three-quarters-of-a-century ago. By the light of the fire, candles, and LED lights, on the Sunday night before Christmas, both secular and sacred carols were sung. Cider, cookies and socializing followed.
